Chef Kevin Lalli will share the technique of preparing paella—the Spanish staple one-pan meal that consists of “bomba” rice, fragrant sauce, vegetables, seafood, and sausage (or in true Nashville fashion—chicken).
The pro who shows they learned the perfect ratio of sofrito to saffron, and how to achieve the caramelized “socarrat” on the bottom of the pan, will be treated to a paella kit to show off their skills at home.
