The Spring Equinox is when day and night are the same length, and daylight hours are on the rise. In Ayurveda, early spring is the latter half of the Kapha season and represents the creation of the beginning. Physiologically, our bodies are ready to lighten up, detoxify and grow; emotionally, it is common to experience a renewed sense of joy and inspiration.
Spring is the time to revitalize the body from winter, put into practice the intentions we let settle in for contemplation during the cold months, and act on a fresh start.
Spring into your intentions with an invigorating and cleansing practice of 108 sun salutations and chanting! This uplifting vinyasa is open to practitioners with a desire to explore their practice, strengthen personal drive and cultivate a sense of dedication for positive life change.
