As we move from slow, cold, earthy Kapha season into the fast and fiery forces of summertime Pitta, let's take a break to turn inward! Heal your body and mind through a series of cooling yin yoga poses that will ease the pitta transition and open our connective tissues. Join Amelia for this yin yoga workshop and use a different essential oil for each posture to influence both the
physical and emotional bodies and enact positive change. We will
practice together in comfort and discomfort as we open our bodies
and calm our minds. Gentle and optional hands-on assists will be offered.
