PENCIL's signature fundraising event, A Little Night of Music, is a unique collaboration with Creative Artists Agency that builds a bridge between the music industry and support for public education in Nashville.
Join us for an intimate concert as we return to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry House featuring exclusive artists curated by CAA. The evening begins in historic Studio A as guests are treated to hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and an enticing silent auction. Then guests join the artists on stage for a fabulous concert from a vantage point you won’t get any other night at the Opry.
PENCIL is proud to be Nashville's first nonprofit dedicated to public education and the 89,000 students now attending MNPS. Established in 1982, PENCIL is Nashville's educational anchor institution with the mission of linking community resources with public schools to help young people achieve academic success and prepare for life. By recruiting and engaging more than 800 PENCIL Partners between businesses and schools, PENCIL is one of the nation's largest examples for school-community partnerships.
