Join us at Delinquent Debutantes Friday, August 4 for a special BootyShop: ASSELS! Get in the classroom with Shan de Leers to learn how to take care of the muscles of your backside, plump them up, and bounce 'em out!
This workshop is broken into 3 thirty minute sections, each designed to help you get the most bounce in your booty:
*you will learn specific stretches to help you release the tension that builds up and holds itself in your hips, thighs, and backside.
*you will go through targeted exercises that will help you maximize your derriere, plumping, toning and shaping your rump.
*you will break down the mechanics and movements to work ASSLES! Including a short discussion of construction and placement, the last portion of class will breakdown the always crowd pleasing costume addition of ASSELS!
Things to bring/wear:
*comfortable workout clothes, nothing that holds you in too tight because we want the jiggle! Shorts or looser fitting workout pants are highly recommended. Fro the assels portion of class you WILL be exposing your cheeks, which will require booty shorts or being in your underwear.
*yoga mat and/or knee pads. We will be on our knees for much of this workshop. We have mats at the studio, but if you prefer yours, BRING IT!
*WATER! Plan on working up a sexy sweat.
we will be barefoot, but if you prefer sneakers, feel free to do what makes YOU comfortable.
**ASSELS! If you have your own, bring em. You can also get a handmade pair in your choice of color, just register for the «with assels» option.
No dance background or special skills required!
This 1.5 hour workshop is $30, add a pair of basic assels for an extra $15.
