Ayurveda, or the «science of life», is a complimentary teaching to everyone's yoga practice. Ayurveda recognizes the effects that seasons and the environment have on us. It identifies tangible practices to balance different body and personality types, especially through the changes in seasons and life. In this workshop, we will find our own body and personality types, or doshas. We will find ways to implement these simple and specific practices to restore balance in our bodies and lives.
